Crescent Anew Tea

A premenstrual herbal tea that will alleviate painful menstrual cramps and heavy flow cycles.  Take 2-3 cups (6-8 oz.) per day every 4-6 hours as needed for a consecutive minimum 3 - 4 days prior to the beginning the menstrual cycle.  If taken on the first day of cycle beginning,  follow previous directions for premenstrual phase.  Do not exceed consuming over 3 days of consecutive use during cycle, to prevent offsetting cycle.  Enjoy brewed or chilled.  Two-month supply.
