Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Within the USA

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–8 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

  • Free Shipping: May be available during select promotions

International Shipping

We ship worldwide so women everywhere can experience Crescent Anew’s natural comfort.

  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or DHL (depending on destination and service availability)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and local delivery processes

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at crescentanew.shop@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll work directly with the carrier to make things right.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
